Simon Jubb
Formally trained in management and leadership he cut his civilian safety and management systems teeth in the nuclear construction, oil and gas and power generation sector before moving to the commercial shipping and aviation industries. He trained workforces in human performance for the nuclear industry, worked with the National Air Traffic Services (NATS) and was Director of Safety for Condor Ferries for nearly five years. He set up A3C Management in order to provide companies with Health, Safety, Quality and Engineering Management solutions as he felt many companies were paying too much for too little or overloading their workforce with change management issues.
