Royal Navy Veteran Simon Jubb founded A3C Management to offer practical, people-focused safety solutions that businesses can actually use.
With formal training in management and leadership, Simon built his expertise in safety and systems management across high-risk, high-accountability industries including nuclear construction, oil and gas, power generation, commercial shipping, and aviation.
He’s trained nuclear sector workforces in human performance, collaborated with National Air Traffic Services (NATS), and served as Director of Safety at Condor Ferries for nearly five years.
Now Simon’s mission is to help you avoid overpriced, overly complex systems and instead adopt a straightforward, sustainable approach to safety management in your business.
